BARRY CHASE
Original Founder
Barry is a native of Los Angeles, and has been providing unparalleled quality of construction for over 35 years. CMF is now recognized as one of Southern California’s Premiere Custom Home Builders, known for quality, technology, and customer service. Barry knows that addressing the needs of the homeowner requires more than just building a home, it also requires on time and on budget delivery. CMF will guide customers from start to finish with computerized custom estimations, construction schedules, and detailed specifications as construction progresses. Barrys team of artisans, managers and service technicians, bring construction to a new level and management to your project.
ASHLEY CHASE
CFO
As her title might suggest as chief financial officer her duties involve exercising leadership in terms of directing the financial activities of the company. Specifically this includes managing the entire accounting division, maintaining contacts with our banks, insurance companies, bonding company and major vendors to ensure financial stability. Thanks to Ashley’s leadership and firm direction she was able to complete implementation of new general ledger system, tailored to the specific needs of the construction industry. Lastly, Ashley’s integrity driven ability is what allows us as a company to adhere to our open book billing policy and exceed the expectations of all our clients.
LINDA DAHAN
SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER
As a visual artist, Linda Dahan has transformed her talents and skills to home design. Having studied professional photography for many years, Linda has taken her acute sensitivity to light and texture to a medium of interior design, ceramic and stone surfaces. Linda has worked professionally in the field of hard surface design for the past 10 years and has acquired a tasteful pallet using all of her talents to create a beautiful living environment for her clients. She has the ability to tune into her clients’ needs while respecting their budget. All CMF projects utilize the creative input Linda brings, so as to incorporate today’s trends in every square foot.
